Homemade fajita seasoning is so much better than store bought, and can be adapted to suit your tastes perfectly!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

Notes

For less spicy fajita seasoning, use 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. 
Can omit salt and sugar to taste.
