  • 1 baguette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic


  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
  • Slice baguette into 1/4" thick slices. Arrange on prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush each crostini with olive oil.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until browned and crusty. 
  • Slice garlic clove in half. Rub garlic on hot crostini pieces.
