CrockPot Corn On The Cob

The CrockPot makes easy work of making corn on the cob, and saves space during barbecues and cookouts!

- 4 cobs corn husks removed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon pepper to taste
Turn slow cooker to low heat.
Add corn on the cob to slow cooker. Pour in water. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on each cob.
Cover. Cook on low for 2 hours or until corn is bright yellow and cooked.
Serve, garnished with parsley, salt, and pepper.
