Ingredients
15-20small carrotspeeled
1/4cupbutter
1/4cuphoney
1/2teaspoon eachsalt and pepper
fresh parsleygarnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel and trim carrots.
Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add butter, honey, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until thickened. Add carrots, toss to coat in honey mixture.
Put carrots on a baking sheet, and roast for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender, flipping halfway through cooking.
