Ingredients
1cupwhite basmati rice
saltpinch, to taste
2cupswateror low sodium chicken broth
1/3cupcilantrochopped
1tablespoon butter
2tablespoonslime juicefresh
1teaspoonlime zest
Instructions
Bring water to a boil. Add rice and salt, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until rice is cooked. Then turn heat off and allow rice to steam for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Fluff rice with a fork. Stir in butter, lime juice, lime zest, and cilantro. Top with additional cilantro for garnish.
